At BODi, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, we are committed to making your exchange or refund process as effortless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are intact and the garments are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
